Be aware if you are a junk food lover

Junk food consumption can lead to weight gain and an increased risk of health problems such as heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.

It contains high saturated and trans fats which increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Sugary foods cause weight gain, tooth decay, type 2 diabetes whereas high sodium leads to blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and kidney disease.

Choose healthier snacks like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and yoghurt and cook more meals at home to control ingredients and portion sizes.

Reduce your consumption of processed foods that contain unhealthy ingredients such as added sugar, unhealthy fats, and sodium.
