Did you know about bendable rocks?

By MindStick

Bendable rocks, also known as flexible rocks, are rare rocks and can be bent without breaking.

Itacolumite, a sandstone from Brazil, being a notable example.

Itacolumite is flexible because of the interlocking quartz grains that are kept together by a weak cement, allowing the rock to bend without breaking.

Slate and schist are two more metamorphic rocks that are flexible in nature.

Because of their parallel mineral alignment, metamorphic rocks, created by heat and pressure, are flexible slate and schist.
