Tree covered skyscrapers

By MindStick

Tree-covered buildings are a relatively new architectural concept, but they are swiftly gaining popularity.

The Bosco Verticale in Milan, Italy, is a tree-covered skyscraper.

It was completed in 2014, is a pair of residential towers that are covered in over 2,000 trees and bushes.

The trees filter air pollutants, reduce noise, and provide shade and habitat for birds and other creatures.

One Central Park in Sydney, Skyfarm in Seoul, and Oasia Hotel Downtown in Singapore are examples of tree-covered skyscrapers.
