Have you heard about lab-grown meat?

By MindStick

It is meat that is made without the necessity for animal slaughter by growing animal cells in vitro.

To begin, a small sample of cells from an animal, such as a cow or chicken, is taken.

After that, the cells are placed in a nutrient-rich broth to develop and reproduce.

The cells produce muscle fibres and other tissues throughout time, which can be collected and processed into meat products.

It is still in its early phases of development, but it is getting closer to commercialisation every day.
