It is a complex condition that demands comprehensive care.

Causes of Traumatic brain injury:

It can result from falls, motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries and other traumatic events.

Symptoms of traumatic brain injury:

Sleep disturbance, memory issues, fatigue, headache, confusion, sensitivity to light and noise, nausea or vomiting.

For more severe injuries, symptoms can include:

Loss of consciousness, slurred speech, numbness, persistent headache, agitation and pupil changes.
