Here are the steps for performing Sheetkari

Sit in Padmasana or Vajraasana and keep your spine and head erect. close your eyes and make yourself relax and be at gyan mudra

Now place your upper jaw teeth in lower one and keep your tongue inside the teeth and now separate your lips so that you can breath through mouth

Make your tongue flat and your chest open and feel the fresh cold air inside your heart

Now keep your tongue in the same way as it was initially

Hold your breath for some time and then release it from the nose, retain it as long as you feel good

Here you have completed the first round and repeat the same for 10 to 15 round and increase the timing
