PUTIN PLANS TO STAY FOREVER SUPREME IN KREMLIN.

Playing text to speech

President Vladimir Putin is plotting his unchallenged dominance and power to stay forever as Russias Supreme Man. Putin must have to leave the presidential chair in 2024 because as per the law goes he can't be eligible as president more than 2 times but don't worry Mr.Putin ready with his plans. Putin announced major constitutional changes in his annual state- of nation speech back on Wednesday that spread the shock ways around Russia and the world.

With just the announcement of constitutional changes, the entire cabinet led by long-serving Putin trusted "Dmitri A. Medvedev" made to resign as Prime Minister. Russia will have its Prime Minister "Mikhail V. Mishustin " - a lesser-known man and head of the Federal Tax Service.

From Prime Minister to President Mr. Putin stronghold on Russia is unequaled, 20 years now, Putin is the became the synonym of Russian politics in the post-Soviet era. But now Putin seems anxious about his future, as present Russia's constitution restricts him to be President for more than 2 terms. Putin intended to get over with this restriction but with a smart, legal and constitution way, to do that it's a plan to mold the role of leadership into Putin's way. The proposed changes in the constitution will surely weaken the office of the President and enhance the power of the Prime Minister and Parliament. The future weakening of President turns this office into the hand's puppet of prime minister and cabinet, for example for the cabinet appointment, the President should need to take the approval of Prime Minister now.  To break in simple this will allow Putin to find a way to be in power without violating the constitution

Mr.Putin looks on the path following the model of "Kazakhstan" that engineered by"Nursultan Nazarbayev"- the country longtime President. Back in 2018, Mr. Nazarbayev made himself the Chairman for life by powering Kazakhstan's Security Council as supreme. He very smartly left the presidential office and handpicked his puppet as successor inside Security Council and partially continue holding all the powers.

Mr. Putin hinted to follow this assumed model, where The State Council- which works as an advisory body comprised of all regions governors will have the power to say in every decision making. Putin with the help of this state council likey to act supremely on a matter like military and foreign policy and will enjoy his all powers the same currently as President.

Many would wonder why Putin using a legal coup as a method to stay in power? Reason is simple, Putin is becoming unpopular among Russians. Putin's authoritarian regime is under challenge by educated, young, urban Russians. The widespread Anti-Putin protest across country enough to make Putin anxious,  from 2011- 2012 Winter Protest to anti-corruption rally in 2017 or the last year protest against removal opposition candidates from local elections is conveying the message that Russians wants to rid of Putin's rule. But Mr. Putin is likely not in the mood to going anywhere, he will not be president in 2024 but Russian has to bear his autocratic shadow maybe longer then anyone would expect. Remember "modern autocrats don't do military coups but they do a legal coup".
