It is rightfully said that we cannot the change inevitable cost and effect nature of Mother Nature or just Nature, whatever title we find it suitable for addressing.  

Death is also a natural universal truth which is more applicable than acceptable beyond any creature's will or wish. 

There are many causes of death but only five types of death have been known to the human race civilization. Climate death is one such type of accidental death caused by the nature of humans for its sins against it. 

In the 21st century when it is a dire need for the whole international community as a whole to discuss the core issue of "Climate Change." 

2019 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change has already started in Madrid, Spain. The Spanish capital is hosting the COP25- Climate Change Conference. 

According to the official website of UNSCN-(United Nations System Standing Committee On Nutrition) -   

"The United Nations Framework Convention (UNFCCC) is the international response to climate change. It is a treaty that establishes the basic obligations of the 196 Parties (States) plus the European Union to combat climate change." 

The main issue is the formation of an international carbon market which is concerned with bulk trading of carbonic emissions with full international cooperation. It comes under Article 6 which could not be resolved in the previous COP 24 summit in Paris. 

Now, this is the part covered about what is gonna happen at the world stage with all eyes on self-proclaimed world's most high visionary and charismatic leader India Prime Minister Narendra Modi as to what message he will deliver to the people. 

Prime Minister of India, who was conferred the title "Champion of the Earth" by the UN General Secretary Antonio Guterres last year should read and checkout German environmental think tank's "The Global Climate Risk Index" 

This index directly states that India has accounted for the highest climate death toll that is the highest fatalities in the world due to catastrophic climate events. 

With having lost 2,081 lives in the death toll, the country has also faced the second-highest economic losses of over $37,000 million, which is equal to nearly the four times of its public health budget. 

At last, It has come at number fifth position in terms of experiencing extreme weather events. What PM Modi says is all because what his propaganda or his very core team tells him.
